Acupuncturist at True Sport Care and Chiropractic
Kevin Hahn provides acupuncture at True Sport Care in Nesconset, with a focus on musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery and the needs of active patients. A New York licensed acupuncturist and former competitive baseball player, he brings experience in rehabilitation and strength coaching to his work with patients from Smithtown, St. James and surrounding communities.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His education is complemented by advanced training in the EXSTORE Orthopedic System, an approach to acupuncture for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Before entering acupuncture practice, Kevin worked as a physical therapy aide at Coastal Spine and Sport and a strength and conditioning coach at Infiniti Sports Performance. These roles gave him experience with both the day-to-day process of rehabilitation and the physical demands of athletic training.
At True Sport Care, Kevin draws on that background when considering a patient’s activity, recovery and return-to-performance goals. His approach connects acupuncture with an understanding of movement and the demands of sport, alongside the chiropractic, physical therapy and massage services available at the practice.
Baseball remains part of Kevin’s life outside the office. He continues to play and train, bringing a personal understanding of athletic preparation and recovery to his clinical work.
