WHAT TO EXPECT
Tell us what’s bothering you, when it started, and how it affects your day or your sport. Your first appointment includes an evaluation of your concern.
Your visit may include soft tissue work, stretching, joint mobilization and therapeutic exercise. A chiropractic adjustment is an option if you choose.
You’ll receive links to your prescribed at-home exercise videos, so you can follow your plan beyond the treatment room.

Participation varies by provider and plan. Contact our front desk before your visit so we can help check your benefits and explain expected costs.
The clinic’s treatment sessions typically run 30–60 minutes. Confirm the length of your appointment when booking, and arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. The clinic has a fee for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours; contact the office for details.
